About Alisha.

Values and Philosophies

“As a therapist, my intention is to create a warm, non-judgmental, and safe space as a foundation for working toward improved psychological health and overall wellbeing. I am a strength-based and collaborative therapist. I utilize family systems therapy while integrating cognitive behavior and narrative therapies with an emphasis in mindfulness strategies. I am dedicated to having continual discussions about the impact that our identities have on us, including race, religion, spirituality, ethnicity, sexuality, and gender.” - Alisha Brown, MFT, BCBA

We are all entitled to the space and tools to identify, process, and heal from what prevents us from thriving in our lives and relationships.
